If it is a problem that can be repaired right away, without the need to order parts or if we have the parts stocked on our service truck, then the technician will repair the spa on his initial visit.

If the repair requires parts that we do not have on hand, the technician will inform you of the problem with the spa and then provide you with a quote on parts and labor to repair your hot tub.
